SamarthNari is a women's complaint and case-management platform for women's commissions. One platform serves a national commission and every State commission, each with its own address, branding and data. AI reads, sorts and drafts; officers decide, and every decision carries their name. Complaints are never used to train AI, and they stay on government-approved servers.
No AI output can decide, approve, send, escalate or close a case. Every one of those is an officer's act, and it is recorded.
